3.1. By placing an order, you agree to the general terms and conditions of BACHFLOWERADVICE and accept them. We reserve the right to update and change these general conditions from time to time without prior warning. We advise you to read the general conditions from time to time so you are well informed of any possible changes.
3.2. Order/agreement
An agreement can only be established after the acceptance of the order by BACHFLOWERADVICE. BACHFLOWERADVICE is authorised to refuse any orders or to subordinate the delivery of goods to certain conditions, unless mentioned explicitly otherwise. In case an order is refused, BACHFLOWERADVICE will inform you within 10 working days starting from receipt of your order.
3.3. Pricing
Prices of products are shown in Euros including VAT (Value Added Tax). After receipt of payment via wire transfer or credit card your order will be dispatched.
3.4.Shipping/ Delivery costs
For orders of 50 € or more no shipping costs are charged. For orders below 50 € a contribution of 5 € is charged for shipping costs.
3.5. Cancellation
The customer has the right to inform BACHFLOWERADVICE within 7 working days following the delivery of the product that he renounces the purchase without having to give reason or having to pay a fine. BACHFLOWERADVICE has to be informed of this decision. Please send a message stating you renounce the purchase within the period specified of maximum 7 working days. You can send this message by e-mail, fax or letter.
Returned goods must be returned (unopened) within an acceptable period following the notification to BACHFLOWERADVICE (for example 3 working days). We will reimburse your order as soon as we receive the returned goods. Shipment costs to return the goods are at the expense of the customer. BACHFLOWERADVICE has the right to refuse returned goods or refuse to refund in case the plastic wrapping/seal has been opened or marks of damage by the customer are shown.
3.6. Communication of orders
Incorrect receiving of orders, product doesn’t match the product ordered: please send your comments by e-mail, fax or letter to us within 3 working days on receipt of the goods.
3.7. Liability

BACHFLOWERADVICE provides no statements or cannot guarantee, either expressed or implied, concerning the availability and conformity of the functions of the site, the information, content, materials or products mentioned on this site. By consulting this website you accept and agree to be bound by the jurisdiction of the courts of Kortrijk (Belgium) and you accept that these courts are exclusively competent in settling all disputes.
