Hello Tom,
One month ago, I started taking Bach Flowers for my burnout. You asked me to keep you updated about my experiments. That’s why I’m sending you this mail. First I want you to explain why I chose the Bach Flowers. I’m taking antidepressants for more than 5 years. The reason is that I had a hard time with my divorce, and lately, they diagnosed Parkinson disease on my current husband. My husband’s disease increased a lot these past few years and I have real problems to find him a place to stay.
Last year we had big changes at work, that cost me a lot of energy and extra working hours, at the expense of my work. I think this was too much to handle for me. I didn’t have energy anymore, once I was back from work I stayed on the couch. I did’t feel like doing my hobby anymore either. To have visitors exhausted me.
In july I went to see a psychotherapist because stress at work was too much to handle, and he increased the antidepressants. That wasn’t good for me. I have been on a sick leave for one month, but my energy wasn’t coming back.
Thanks to the Bach Flowers I’m starting to feel better. I’m doing my hobby again and my energy is coming back.
I hope it will continue this way. I have big hopes, because the Bach Flowers helped me a lot, for the first time in all these years. In three months I will come back to you to tell you my experiments.
I want to thank you once more.
Truely,
Katrien |
