First of all I would like to thank you for the consultation and the help. I am doing much better now. My depression has made way for the joy in life I have always had in me. I am glad to finally feel like the real me again. It is like the dark cloud has disappeared and I am back in the sunlight again. Maybe I am expressing myself a bit romantically, but this is the way I feel.
Meanwhile, my father has been taking the Bach flower essence n° 65 and his situation has improved as well. You must know that he has felt depressed for ten years now and had to take many antidepressants. Since he saw I was starting to feel better, he has started taking the Bach flowers too. Otherwise, it would not have easy to persuade him. Now he is gradually starting to believe in it and he has asked me for another flask, is that not great!
